How to Export File Header Information?

Is there a free program out there (I know about PIE) that will export header information (ISO, shutter, aperture, focal length, etc...) from C2020Z files? Something that exports from all files in a directory to a text file (comma delimited, tab delimited, whatever) is what I'm really looking for (but anything will do).

I'm checking of this program and so far... really like it. ImageN it's called at it is -free! Not only will it read the EXIF data in my Coolpix950 files, but it reads the other (who knows what it is?) data in my Canon PowerShot Pro-70 files. Lots of other things this program seems to do too... I'm still learning, but at first glance, it's very excitied and you can't beat the price with a stick!
