How do you rotate video clip?

I took some video clips with my digicam in vertical position. I can only view it in the horizontal position. What software can I use to rotate the video.?

Try VirtualDub with the rotate filter. Open your file in VirtualDub and go to Video> Filters> Add> Rotate and set your options.
