has anyone encountered this problem???

i have a canon s20 that i'm very happy with. until now that is. i'm having a problem with the mode selection dial. i can't dial up all the different modes including the connect to pc!!!

has this happened to anyone else out there and if it has how did you get it fixed?

Can anyone help this guy. I don't own a S20 but this sounds not good.
