Yea, it is quite an awsome thing hey do... many many hundreds of tons if not thousands of tons of frozen water, either as iceblocks or in the form of "snice", combination of crushed ice and snow that is used as concrete for the walls and roofs, about 1,5 meters thick,
Then they do have ice stored since last year in a big freez-house, that they use for sculpting and all other decorations, all year around.
As well ar for making the special ice-glasses to drink out of for the icebars around the world, exporting ice every week the year around...
