Beuatiful, including the wormsIs there a question? The B&W!
Evocations of musty old shoppes and bespectacled old selleres and sounds of worms churning through old volumes.
So true, thanks for the quote, and for your opinion.Wise words about books:
"Books are the quietest and most constant of friends; they are the most accessible and wisest of counsellors, and the most patient of teachers."
--Dov, without hesitation: b&w.A pile of old and used books I saw in the market at Covent Garden

All the best,
Eduardo
I'm glad the 'old' feeling comes through. The b&w version has a wonderful tonal quality and great texture. It looks and feels 'old'. Nicely done!

Do you mean reality is B&WI look at the colour shot then I look at the B&W shot. I look at the colour shot again. It doesn't look real anymore. I like the B&W shot.
Glad you like it, and I hope your knee is o.k.That black and white is extra special Dov. Wonderful job!
You are very kind a pity a picture does not have convey the feeling and smell tooThe charm of old books. But I didn't see that charm expressed so well as in this B&W before.
