Epson R200 ... it exists... doesn't it?

I work with a company that uses these R200's over the past year my boss as brought over 20 of these printers...

But yes it's very annoying how the cd try jams and the 2 lights start flashing, and you have to close the cover and start over again..

and the part that bothers me is that the try has to go in 2 or 3 times before it starts printing.
They are JUNK for printing CDs. I am on my third one and it is the
most frustrating thing in the world. They are so tempermental. You
load the CD so perfectly and then the heads go up and down and back
and forth forever, it pulls the CD in and out and in and out and
then says you have a paper jam. Takes 2-3 minutes. you then follow
all the instructions and try it again-5 minutes later you get the
same response. I have printed over 200 CDs with these things and
they are VERY time consuming. They seem to work best when brand
new. I have not printed a CD in several months and now need to do
some for a client and have given up-again. I do not have hours to
play with these poorly designed pos to get 3 CDs printed.
Good Luck-you will need that and more patience than I have

Wow... responses after all this time!

Well, I did find out that my R200 exists, and I don't print CD's with it so I've been pretty happy (except for the occasional clogged nozzle syndrome)

But now there's a new R220 announced... any ideas what's NEW in that version? I don't think I'm going to upgrade to that, I'm more drooling over an R1800 or R2400 ( drooool! )

Thanks!
