I decided to revisit a shot with the EP7 I did some time back tonight since there were some clouds and I felt it would bring a different character to the background.

I generally don't need IBIS for my street life at night, but when doing more abstract static subjects I find it useful. I did more shots like this during the pandemic lockdowns
Shutter is a full 4 stops down. EP7 is rated at 4.5 stops, 5-axis. Conversion with DXO Photolab PRIME. at ISO 12800, F1.7, 1/2 of a second shutter, you can imagine the light was pretty low.
