Yes, buy a USB-C charger which supports PD (Power Delivery). Several people have confirmed that it works. Is there a way to charge the batterys in the camera without buying,

The batteries are removable why not just buy additional batteries and a separate charger. The charger can be powered from USB or mains power. Is there a way to charge the batterys in the camera without buying,

Canon LP-E6 Charger
That is really nice, but i don't want to ad the bulk to the camera an lose portabilityI have the additional grip which also comes with the usb charger included. It works with the grip (automatically one after the other battery) or directly on the camera. The charger from my Hp notebook also charges the camera. It does NOT charge when the camera is ON! So it is of no use for long time laps or so but when not using the camera.
Thats helpful ,thanks man!!I charged it with my Nexus 5X (USB-C) phone charger, no problem. Is there a way to charge the batterys in the camera without buying,
