Thank you Jake - for me at least it's now all so much clearer!Products placed on the market before the rule came into effect are exempt. This makes complete sense, as some products have a fairly long product cycles and not allowing them to the sold will create a lot of e-waste, not to mention the impact on company profitability.Brexit, the greatest act of self harm the UK has inflicted upon itself, doesn't automatically remove EU rulings from UK law. They have to be separately repealed. Not sure of the small print as to how it can still be sold in the UK, and whether or not existing stock can just be sold off.Did Brexit mean the UK was no longer bound by the USB-C rule? Or did the EM-10 get a silent upgrade of its port?

The articles I'd read previously appeared to suggest that we in Britain might be receiving ship-loads of perfectly good cameras etc that were otherwise unsellable.
But, after so much grief, it's going to take a very brave politician to suggest an eventual move to USB-D, E, F, whatever...?
