Hey, glad you got your camera too. I went back the next day to buy mine and they said they could not order it as the warehouse was out of stock and there was no expected arrival date. You should have seen the looks I got as I was walking around Best Buy shooting pictures! They all thought I had walked away with the camera. I did get lucky though as I found a nice salesperson in Flint who held the only one for me in Southeast Michigan and I drove 45 minutes to get it. We need to have a poll to see who drove the furthest to get their 300d. I bet you like your camera as much as me!

Chris you are about the fifth guy from Michigan with a 300D. I'm

I am from Auburn Hills, MI. I have had my rebel about a month now and there are 2 others were I work that have them also. I love this camera but still have a lot to learn about it and shooting in differnt lights an such. I have 2 other lenses so far 1 I am really happy with (canon 50mm f1.8)and one works but i want one that dose a better job then it dose (quantarray 70-300mm 1:4-5.6)
