*** CTF Mini Challenge 134 - In Motion

Conebeam, thanks for three great entries.

My favorite is #2 "Going home!". The goats can co-exist, but what about the cat under the BMW ;-)

Thanks for your third entry, Jay. Again, a colorful, eye-catching picture.

IMO, the composition of your #1 is slightly stronger, more concentrated on the Steel Bridge. The Convention Center in your #3 is a second point of attraction.

Canon 400D + kit lens

Here are some fireworks we lit outside my house on new years day in the Philippines!

I like how these pics turned out considering it was handheld.

Fireworks outside my house:

There was also a pyrotechnics fireworks comp near the SM Mall of Asia. The USA, UK, Spain, etc took part.

Here is a shot from USA's fireworks display (looks like mickey mouse):

Guess what this is:

Canon 400D + 18-55 Kit Lens + 50mm f/1.8 + 2x 4GB Sandisk Ultra II Compactflash Card
Canon A620 + 2x 1GB Sandisk SD Card
Olympus C350Z (No longer used)

Also, perhaps you could be more specific in what areas that you
felt #1 was over-processed (sharpening, contrast, etc.) so that I
can evaluate and adjust my workflow.

As already said, I like the idea, the composition and the colors in this picture. And my critique was not aimed to HDR processing.

The picture, particularly the bridge and other details in the background, seems a little fuzzy. The blue of the sky is brighter near and between the construction units of the bridge and above the buildings near the bridge. In the sky, left of the bridge, is a bright band showing signs of pixelation.

Just my humble opinion, Jay.
