I was thinking of shooting with an unconverted camera.Neither its a Full spectrum conversion
A full spectrum camera will do anything a normal camera, IR modified camera, and Astro-Modified camera can do

Why...because if that's your only camera...you know what, never mind, it's your camera. Why? Also I already own a Mark IIOh dear. If you really want to convert an OM-1, buy a Mark 1!
I have a friend that shoots a small Olympus converted to 590nm and shows some great images, after some diligent PP.I already have an E-P5 with an Extreme Color IR (590nm) filter. Perhaps I should just stick with that until it dies.
When I get my OM-3 I might do this to my M-10 II .... hmmHas anyone done this and are they happy with the results?
Has anyone done this combined with Kolari's clip in filters?
Do you think it would be better to convert my Pen F or my OM-1, Mark II?
I had my first full-spectrum camera 4 years ago. These days, most of my photos are infrared ones.Has anyone done this and are they happy with the results?

If someone is planning to use Kolari’s internal filter, not all Olympus and Panasonic cameras are compatible. Please consult the list of compatible models :As for which camera to convert, unless there are obscure technical limitations it's more of a personal choice than anything else.
I have two μ4/3 full-spectrum IR cameras: an OM-D e-m5 mark I and a Panasonic GX1. Both focus properly.I am not 100% confident that AF will remain accurate, since you will be removing an IR filter (piece of glass) from over the sensor. Why? Also I already own a Mark IIOh dear. Yikes ... those eyes!HI,
I have a full spectum converted G9, with several filters, including a Kolary hot mirror, B+W 495, 550, 830 and several others.
I must say that the hot mirror that was supposed to take "normal" photos, is far from it... images has a strange colour, faded, and after some tries I stop using it, I must alert that is a expensive filter that does not deserve the money, at least to me.
note: I also own a "normal" G9 for comparison , so ended up using just for IR images and not hotmirror "normal" ones anymore.
I use mostly the 830 filter, as it was my main purpose IR BW, but will play with 550 and 495 someday... (as some others)
some different examples below, as people tend to do nature landscapes, I here present something different.
also note that converted camera is a bit prone to Flares, but I somehow like it sometimes, you will learn how to avoid that or how to manage it in your images, also place here 2 samples with intentional flares in the end
When ready just buy a GX85 and convert it for a full time IR camera. You have made me decide to not do this for now.
Good decision….I have decided to Stick with my E-P5 converted to Extreme Color IR (590nm) for now.
