you may try this, go to C1 mode which is in TV. now manually change the mode to FV keeping everything else same. Save this to C1 using menu system to override.Anyone know how to change the shooting mode from TV to FV in an already saved Custom Mode?
The only way I can think of is to start from scratch on the FV mode but there must be a better way to just adjust the existing saved C1 mode.
I already setup everything I wanted and registered it as C1 but its setup as TV and I want to change to FV. I don't want to start from scratch if possible. You have to set everything up the way you want it, then register the settings to a custom mode via the tools menus (Yellow wrench menus). Any changes have to be registered as if it’s a brand new custom mode.
You have to keep the camera in C1 Mode once you've made all of the changes you want and registered them (to C1). Those changes won't apply to Fv Mode.I tried that.. as soon as I move to FV I lose all C1 settings and get all the FV settings.
You have to start from scratch. Select Fv, make all your setting changes, and save to your C1.Anyone know how to change the shooting mode from TV to FV in an already saved Custom Mode?

Some of the Olympus cameras I own allow you to Load settings from a Custom setup, so in this scenario you could select Fv, load settings from C1 and then save settings back to C1 and that would in effect change C1 from Tv to FvYou have to start from scratch. It's poor, as some other cameras can have the mode as a selection (some Fuji for
instance).
I originally set my C1..3 all to P mode, now have them as Av mode. Had to do them from scratch.
Unfortunately not. You have to start from the beginning if you want to change an exposure mode. The exposure mode isn't a parameter that's available to change except via the position of the top dial - at least with Canon cams. Not sure if "this" is the problem, but?
If you have your Custom Modes set to Auto Update, you should be able to change "any" parameter without affecting another.
If not in Auto Update, it will revert back to the initial configuration each time the camera "shuts down".
