Challenge C182 - "Adapted from the Book" +++

There are so many creative treatments of this theme, already. Sorry I haven't been around for the past day; I worked yesterday, then couldn't be home for much of the remaining time and was out again today. So if there are questions I haven't addressed, I apologize. I'm hoping my explanatory notes were detailed enough but there will always be points needing clarification.

I'm off to take another look at the galleries now!

Thanks so much, Shirley! I still need to get my sea legs under me though. It was such a surprise to win the competition like that ... gave me a real lift, and I was pleased that people liked my squirrel shot. I mean photo, sounds like I killed the little guy! :)

I read The Help and The Hunger Games too. I was actually thinking of a Hunger Games entry. There are so many scenes from that book! I bet we could all do it and come up with something different.

I have faith in your talents, Shirley ... will watch and see what you enter.

Hey! Congratulations Brenda on a well deserved win!

I am traveling for a bit and internet communication has not been the best. Just wanted everyone to know that I have not abandoned the challenges and am eager to get back.

I wish I was able to enter this challenge as well - it is an excellent one!

well, I am not much of a reader, I do read, but have a heck of a time remembering titles, authors, etc, lol.

heading out of camp in a few days, and going on a road trip, so may just pass on this one.
Good luck to those a little more "literate" than myself (purely pun intended :)

Enough travel for a while. Summer in Florida and spring in New York. Life is good!

See if I can find some more book related pictures in the picture bank.
