Congratulations to Sarah: your photo is glorious.
Thank you Kim. I really enjoyed this challenge. At first I was really stuck on what to portray about my neighborhood. I live in suburbia so no stunning archeticture. I live in a city that is only 100 years old, again, no architecture and I live in a city that is still gripped by late winter weather, so no scenery.
So I was forced to really think about my neighborhood, and how to convey what it was about. And that is what I believe the challenge should do. The only other challenge that I participated in was the sports challenge, and that one was also mind opening, in that I had to learn that a theme could be interpreted so very many ways.
Thanks to everyone that participated and showed us a bit about yourself.
And thanks to the people who had such nice things to say about one of my photos - the one I reallly wasn't sure about including!
