Can’t connect via Bluetooth

Just trying to startup my used canon ps sx70hs and could connect via wifi but not Bluetooth.
I have to input my wifi password every time to connect so this is not ideal. Why can’t I connect with Bluetooth?The pairing option won’t highlight for me to select it.
