The composition and pose are very complementary. I like the soft treatment and the color push toward blue, which brings out the interplay between her beautiful eyes and blouse.

The Rule of Thirds is meant to be broken, but only 1/3
of the time.
It is not good to have all elbows and arms competing with the face. The white balance is off. Her face is photogenic and would make a good portrait. Vic
She's got eye makeup for the evening - dramatic, dark and sexy
She's got lipstick like the girl next door - minimizing the lips
She's got a necklace like a grandmother - "clunky" and not feminine at all.
I'd resolve these discords by either lightening up on the eye makeup and completing the "girl next door" feel, or going for a proper evening look with a deep red lipstick (and probably lip-liner as well), while replacing that necklace with something delicate and feminine.
Given the deep blues and the strong vignette, I'd go for the evening look, myself.
