Batch Resize

Hello-- Can someone help me with resizing or Batch resizing in PS I am familiar with resizing an image but creating the batch resizing through the action process is a bit much so if at all possible a step by step guide on how this is done.

Open photoshop
go to help
select photoshop help
select index and chose Batch Command
the info is right there

the easiest way I found is to create a droplet in image ready -- if you have PS then you should have image ready. Create the droplet and then drag the file or folder over the droplet.
