Application update impossible with Adobe Creative Cloud

In the past when I've run into this issue, I found I had to be logged into my Adobe account with an open browser to get it to work
Thank you Craig for your help with your suggestion.

First try, I opened Adobe.com page with Chrome, loged with my account. After, I opened Creative Cloud application and start the installation of Photoshop update V20.0.1. The update stoped at 44%. Second try, I opened my Adobe page account on Adobe.com and after, start the update. WOW! it work. :-) After two week to try to update any application without success, I finaly maked an update. Hope this will continu to work with this way in the future.

Thank you again Craig. :-)

Also thank you everybody for your answers.

On starting my PC just now (about 15:45 on 21 Nov 2019, in England), I got a message that the CC Desktop App had been updated - now says it's version 5.0.0.354

Hope that will stop the problems I've been having, re the message that it's been slow to open, so I should restart it! And maybe you'll benefit too!!!

Peter

Hi Craig,

Finaly, It work only once.

I try to see if it realy work. I uninstall Brige and try to reinstall with ACC, and still stop at 44% with your suggestion.

Now I am waiting Adobe to find a fix solution.

Another thing you can try is creating a second account in Windows. Log into this new account and install Adobe there, and see if it works.
Thank you Craig, I will look at this option.
