AOC Monitor

I understand why the moderator had to lock Batdude's thread about AOC monitors, but if this gets through and I can offer some proper advice;-

I have a 6 year old AOC U2868PQU 4k monitor and it has been excellent. I calibrate it with a Colormunki and find it good for both Photoshop and Lightroom.

I intend to replace my 10 year old Dell U2412M monitor with an upgrade shortly. This old monitor has been just great but time to modernize along with a new tower. The new monitor will be a Dell Ultrasharp. About the only 16/10 AR available which I much prefer. Expensive but you do get what you are willing to pay.

Yes ! A pc is such a visual experience. It was my experience that a TN panel just didn't cut it for Photo post processing. I purchased a Dell U series 22 inch and I saw what I had been missing. I took my TN panel monitor to Goodwill.

Nice to know the OP's monitor has been reliable.

Another big plus-up is the anti glare panel. My other 2 small machines have high gloss panels. I much prefer the U2412M monitor which will hang around for a back-up.

For the money, the Dell U series is as good as it gets.
