I've got a Laowa 12-24mm f/5.6 zoom shift here to test, and my first thoughts are that this is what many APS-C camera users have asked me for over the years.
Fully manual, so no EXIF, but very nice to use - put this on a higher res crop body and you have an excellent solution for an architectural 'walk round' lens.
It gives a good 7mm of shift, which with the smaller sensor size is much more obvious in use than 7mm on a larger sensor [it's the same physical shift but there is a bigger visual effect because of the small sensor]
I'll be having a full written review [to go with all my other tilt/shift reviews/articles] in due course, but I've created a 28min video overview.
Zoom with a bit of upwards vertical shift [aka rise to those with 'historical' experience ;-) ]

Full vertical shift at 12mm
No shift

7mm shift

The video has lots more examples [warning 28mins long]
Hope it's of some interest

- Note: I won't post any links, since I only have a 'DPR dispensation' for putting videos and the like in the printing forum ;-) ;-)
