1Ds Mark III inconsistent focus. New firmware problem?

I was in the same boat. I have the 35L and got the same problem with
you. I set the micro adjustment to +20. The focus problem resolve it.
Give it a try. The 1D3 works perfect any other lens without too many
problem but the 35L.

--Lenses should be calibrated if needed. Using the micro adjustment feature as a substitute is not a good solution.
