IF you mean the 20-35-ATX Pro f2.8 I can see your point, but the
£150 19-35 works just fine as you can see

Adam,I've yet to find an ATX-Pro Tokina that's worth bothering with,
i've had a 20-35 (Don't bother, a Cosina kills it) and tried the
28-80 also and apart from mild front focussing, the 28-135IS killed
it let alone another 3rd party F2.8 lens like the Sigma 28-70EX DF
(which IS a great lens for the money) .. the weird thing is that
the only NON-ATX lens I've tried which was Pants was the 35-300 but
that's to be expected, it's very old, Cheap and almost a 10X zoom
Rachael had the Sigma 28-70 on her D60 but succumbed to the range and stabilization of the 28-135IS so sold it before either of us got a 10D so no I haven't bt I can't see any reason why ANY "DF" fitted lens shouldn't work on a 10D, as the DF system was introduced after 2000 where Sigma claim they all work fromDo you need to get a DG version Sigma lens to work with the 10D or
not?
How does the 28-70EX compare to Sigmas 24-70? can you still buy the
28-70EX?
