I ordered my first Z9 on the same night as the camera was announced. I have used it since January of 2022 and put close to 500,000 actuations on the camera.(not that it means anything on a mirrorless camera). I have had the Z8 as a backup but after a year and a half and several problems I decided to get another Z9. With payed gigs and the NCAA tournament coming up, I decided to get a second Z9.

I got the camera on Wed evening . After upgrading the firmware from 5.0 to 5.1 in the new camera I uploaded all my settings from the old Z9 and took the camera out yesterday. It didn't feel any different than my old Z9 except the grip didn't have the wear points of the old camera.

I took the camera out yesterday on the farm. This winter has been very dry and not a lot of wildlife around. However, I did see quite a bit yesterday. All of the following shots were taken on my farm except the Sandhill Cranes which were in a playa about 10 miles north of my farm.

I also like to have identical bodies. It appears your new camera is working well
