Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra 48mp GCam samples

I forgot to mention the config and GCam in my previous post is meant for 12mp output. If you want to use 48mp, use the high res Magisk mod and latest BSG 8.4 GCam. It can load libraries, just load the Dimifix_8.4.so and there you go,
Thanks for advice 👍Sadly not working with my Mi10 ULTRA, proably i must try install other MIUI version and then will work. I don't know is this worth? Can You tell me is image blurry on phone screen like on 8.1 GCAM version? This is only one issue i don't like when using fullres mod.

BTW: If someone is interested - i found solution to take brighter photos using GCAM 8.1 and fix focusing issues. You need disable library recomended to use with this GCAM version(libgcstartup11 ). Images maybe look a little bit worse, but they are brighter and focusing issues disappear :) Here some samples straight from camera and even not in HDR+. In this mode You can shoot without waiting to processing photo, not bad at all :) Of course HDR+ is bit better and less noisy, but in daylight this quality is fair enhough.
In order to run BSG 8.4 you need to use the older Magisk mod (found from here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/12O9C7ZYENVqS_lyNFLj4CZlQiA287VTo/view?usp=sharing)

Just disable the "new" mod you use with 8.1 and flash this with Magisk. Then install BSG 8.4 and select Dimifix lib and there you go. Should work.

Thank you! Seems to be working well now with 8.4.6 and the dimfix lib, although it is limited the the 1x and 2x lenses and I can't seem to find anywhere to load the .xml? I'll try and get some shots tomorrow to compare.
Thanks again, it's much appreciated.

Amazing pictures quality at such a high resolution. We need a step to step installation guide with system prerequisite and links to various files/config!

Yes, this is working :) Thanks a lot. This version works amazing - good autofocus and not blurry preview on screen. Only one think i don't like - this lib produce a bit oversharped image in 12 and 48 mpix. With LMC 12 megapixel i preffer Arcide config with more soft image, instead dimlib so i'm hope new version of BSG will be support RAM Patcher and configs support.

Proably 5x zoom will not work - it's because older fullres mod, which not support 5x camera.

You can use Arcide lib with it if you like :) There's also a new version of Dimifix lib with less sharpening. I've uploaded it to the folder I linked before (DimixReFix_8.4.so). It's better than Arcide because it still fix false color issues. Try it!

With 10 Ultra you basically need 2 configurations:

1. BSG 8.4 + 48mp mod. You can use 1x camera with it.
2. LMC 8.4 + mod disabled. Now you have all cameras with resolution of 12mp (UW is 20mp). LMC has lots of options, can be configured for various scenarios. Output, despite being 12mop, is still very nice:

UW
UW

1x
1x

2x
2x

5x
5x

IMHO this is still the most versatile camera phone on the market with some serious super power available through that 48mp mod :)

Thanks melodika, i will try this new lib :) RAW files looks very very good - it's definietely not any phone level. My Sony RX0II can't take photos like this 😮 It's GCAM 8.4 and JPGS developed from RAW

I took some shots and - Yes, this is absolutely insane. Exactly perfect balance between soft and sharp look. Thanks again for this lib, this is amazing. I will post some photos later :)

They look fantastic! Just the 1x lens as 48MP I'm assuming? Can I ask which BSG version exactly you are using and what layout you've selected (eg pixel 6)?

Thanks, but not my merit :) I'm using MGC_8.4.600_A10_V9_MGC.apk - i didn't change any single option in configuration, only loaded DIMLIB from melodika and it works good.

The new MGC_8.4.600 V10 gives acces to all cameras, but image quality is worse than V9 also 5x zoom output is very strange with purple colors :/

Thanks! I've got V10 version at the moment. Haven't had a close look at IQ so will do that and drop back to V9 if necessary.

I found also this lib - https://mega.nz/file/SIwwEa6L#NF38uO82QOR4pEXfg4os4KUUIIOLcCNcjMBVn1ueZu4

I don't know is it "better" than DIMLIB, but output is less HDR - i like this style too :)

New versions of DIM2.0 and better SLIB is available - my two favourites.

First one is more sharpen, second is super natural DSLR like. In Photo modes sessions config change Merge option to Spatial RGB, and go to developer settings and in search type shasta and turn all options avaliable to on and set camera_shasta.zsl.max_exptime_ms to 140. Photo processing takes more time, but results are spectacular - DSLR like quality 🤗

Is there a way to have 48mp raw but also have main stock camera working at same time? I know we can disable magisk module to get main camera back but it would be better if there was a way to either do it simpley or enable disable quick without rebooting phone

Not that I've found but it's not too bad just turning off the module and rebooting. I do it for video or when I want to use the 5x lens.

Thank you! I couldn't download the dim2.0 but the slib one is working great. These are the jpegs straight out of camera for reference. I'm actually adding a little bit of sharpness on the RAW files but overall very impressed with how the jpegs are turning out.

I think this SLIB is the best. Check GCAM Libs channel on telegram :) There is all libraries and all new versions :)

Insane quality and beautifull place 😮 If you removed EXIF most people would think it was very good camera, not phone.

I'd say most of the new 2020-2022 phones obliterated the market for small-sensor cameras. Honestly, I can't get any better results unless I would use at least sony 1" sensor - and even that would be a toss.

I have s21 ultra and it is insane what it can do and it sits nicely flat in your pocket...

1''?

Phones with 1'' sensor already beat or are equal to APS-C format cameras regarding static shooting at 1x, let alone 1 '' camera, that's not even close to current flagships + gcam, as you can see in the thread.
