When you consider Fuji`s ressources (including all their ambassadors, Jonas Rask et al.)

they could have done much better.

I'm not sure it's very new, I recall coming across this learning site some time ago, I guess they're just trying to highlight it's existence. There are plenty of Fuji resources around, I'm sure this won't be the only place new users will go looking for guidance.
