Freestyle US Goes Spritely

They were smart to give it a wide angle lens. There are a million old box cameras out there that work just like this one, but they are all normals.

So has anyone tried this and developed images? What is the lens like? I know many people who are going retro. In fact, I was just in a vinyl record store today stocked full of LP's.

So given that, I can see people turning to cameras and film. Not just cameras. Not the phone. I am not sure how good the Ilford is, although it is basic and does what needs to be done, the lens can make or break it in my thinking.

If you want to go 'retro' just to go retro....go with the Ilford if it has a poor lens. Otherwise I guess you take your chances on a 90's point and shoot and hope that the LCD electronics have held up, stray light isn't a problem etc....

thoughts? jim

There’s a few of these cameras that see to be based on the same chassis. See https://austerityphoto.co.uk/elemental-decision-kodak-m35-review/ for some reviews / sample images.
