Raw Therapy not Working on macOS Catalina 10.5.2

OK, I took a look and someone asked the question. Basically, no one is really working on this. So...

Yeah just read the thread,

Shame because RT is IMHO the best for Fuji X-Trans files.

Hope it gets rectified so you can use it.

On High Sierra, rather than Catalina, but with the same crashing problems, I followed the advice from an earlier thread (from the one you started) on the RT forum to download the RT dev version (the same link you were offered), and have been using it fine for a few weeks.

The thread I followed was a question from Andy Astbury, and he also downloaded the dev version from the same link. But again he is using High Sierra.

But I understand if you don't want to risk it.

That was just my first google hit.

Nope: App crashes on launch. There is an open issue on Github related to this.

could someone please tell me how to do this. EXACTLY

what window.?? how??? im not familiar with terminal etc...

i have nothing like this in my System preferences. or any windows

I have a 5 year old mac book pro and running Catalina 10.15.3

RT 5.8 now running on MacOS 10.14.3

I found this works. Also there is new development build that adds the correct packages so this is not necessary: https://discuss.pixls.us/t/when-will-rt-run-on-mac-os-10-15-2-catalina/15795/32

If using the general release of 5.8 from the Raw Therapy home page on Catalina 10.15.3:

Go to System Settings

Click the Security and Privacy icon

Add Raw Therapy to the Full Disk Access section and make sure to the check box is selected...
