Canon supplies LUTs for it's Clog. This video was shot using the DELUTS version of Clog3 installed on the M6 ii and then the Canon LUT was used to convert the footage:

Audio is from the internal mics (in manual mode). The lens was the EF M 18-150mm.

Looks good, very natural and pleasing colors. Did you just apply canon LUT (which one if I may ask?) or is there more tweaking?

The REC709 Clog3 LUT. I increased saturation in all clips and altered luma in a few just to correct exposure. That's it.

I like the video - looks pretty smooth.

Although I do feel the urge to walk by with my red hat on.

Hmm is there artifacts in the footage? Wonder what's the cause of it?

Hey!

I recently got the clog3 profile for my M6 Mkii also. Installed and it seems to be filming in a very flat picture.

Ive been struggling to find a nice lut that converts like this. I downloaded the luts from canon but the list is so long and im learning. Not sure which lut i should be using.

Can you please tell me the filename of the lut you used for this footage?

Thank you

I watched the whole video waiting for the grading transition, until i realized the footage was already graded.

I mean its a look, i personally find it too close to a Log profile, its very flat.

Thanks for posting this Mark, it looks great !

Three questions.

1. What ISO did you use, since LOG profiles usually require a higher ISOs but there is no official recommendation from Canon for this Camera.

2. Did you use the Atomos Ninja here ? Logs makes sense if the video is large than 8bits.

3. Did you enable the HDR for the HDMI out function to get 10bit video?

Thanks in advance.
