What I want know as well. Standard 100000 shots? Didn't see any info bout this from canon.I just bought the Canon RP, but it’d be good to know the maximum shutter life span before it dies. Been searching but didn’t get the answer.

There's actually no such thing. Rated shutter lives are based on mean time to failure, which is, as the name implies, an average, not a guarantee, and certainly not a maximum.I just bought the Canon RP, but it’d be good to know the maximum shutter life span before it dies.
