first off. Great pics. Captured the essence of that part of Indial. Love the picture of the Charminar.I'll be visiting the Himalayas soon and will be need the a decent Wide angle lens. Hope you guys can suggest me good & cheap ones.
I already have the 24-120 F4 not sure if it is good enough. Need a lens which can help me do some Astrophotography, Panorama's & Landscapes.first off. Great pics. As to wide angel lens. I'd suggest the AF-S 20mm 1.8 G. Light very sharp. If thats to wide the 24 would be great as well. If your budget isn't constrained, I really love my 16-35.
Might want to consider an all-rounder like the 24-120. Great travel lens.

I have not tried the 24-120, but the maximum aperture of 4.0 means that it is not quite good enough for astrophotography.I already have the 24-120 F4 not sure if it

Those are nice shots. Please post some of your Himalayan shots when you have them. I just purchased a D750 with the Nikon rebates and am enjoying it very much myself. My wide angle lens is the 18-35G, and highly recommend you take a look at one. Many positive comments and reviews to the optical quality of this lens. I believe you would be quite happy with the results from it.I'll be visiting the Himalayas soon and will be need the a decent Wide angle lens. Hope you guys can suggest me good & cheap ones.

I second the Nikkor 18-35G. It's a great ultra wide angle lens and quite lightweight for a zoom. It uses the same size filters as your Nikkor 24-120 F4. I've used it for real estate, landscapes and as a general walk around lens at times. Highly recommended. Those are nice shots. Please post some of your Himalayan shots when you have them. Yes I agree. Last one is definitely shaky as I was using my old tripod which is just good enough for Sony a6000.There is a slight shake in some of them as I can see from the outlines. Also, the D750 is virtually noise free but I think the noise in your pictures is amplified from over processing or sharpening. I like the overall mood and tone in your pictures and my comments pertain to more when pixel peeping only.
Tamron 15-30 is the best uwa lens if you're planning to do any low light shooting. It's got VC and amazing image quality, even at f2.8.I'll be visiting the Himalayas soon and will be need the a decent Wide angle lens. Hope you guys can suggest me good & cheap ones.
