Sorry Steve you are right , V3.0 is the version I was referring to !V4? Isn't the latest Firmware V3.0? Am I missing something here?Since V4 firmware update the best camera I have ever owned ! Other than that I agree about the love for the EM1.
V4 - I'm losing it ! V3.0 is the latest - sorry !V4 ????? WHERE
I also am finding the EM1 a fantastic tool (for work) . the combination of fantastic M43 glass (evne cheap zooms) with the performance and especially handling of the EM1 itself is a real winner . no way am I going back to "regular" OMD bodies .
But don`t forget the glass ,,,, this really is a massive thing -
I helped a friend out by upgrading the firmware in her Sony A6000 which is a fantastic camera with a superb sensor, fabulous AF (with latest F/w) and decent handling for a NEX but there isn`t a SINGLE standard zoom in the entire range regardless of price which comes up to the quality even of the £50 Panasonic 14-42-IIHD GX7 kit lens !! by quite a margin ..
Yup, the cam is superb, it manages noise levels in RAW the same as the EM1 (so you gain 8Mp more for cropping or cleaner prints) , the tracking AF is to die for and is completely dependable (new for a NEX), even the EVF is up to EM10 quality, the camera has Electronic 1st curtain, is lightning fast and the JPG engine makes Oly`s gloopy smear-meister look a joke (another first for a Sony, they`re even more gloopy than Olympus) ........ but what good is all that if you`re stuck with limited awkward primes or messing with the LEAH-2 and DSLR glass or with canon lenses on shonky Chinese adapters to get a decent standard zoom .
so yeah, the EM1 is great but be also thankful that there is a plethora of top notch zooms at all prices and ranges from kit lenses to Pro stuff all capable of making full use of it

Yeah - the Panasonic 14-140-II is about the same size and weight as the Fuji 18-55 F2.8-4 and just as sharp at corresponding apertures (IE:- the panny wideopen and the Fuji stopped down) - perfect fit on the EM1 tooYour comments about the lenses is valid and they are also so compact when compared some other mirrorless systems i.e. non MFT systems
