From my and other person experience it takes 5 business days at Tenso if you are in US.
Day 1. Delivered to Tenso.
Day 2. Tenso sends email about permission to insert batteries.
Day 3. You reply.
Day 4. Tenso inserts battery.
Day 5. Tenso ships.
Add 2 weekend days when Tenso is closed.
Add 3-5 days if Tenso inserts battery into charger instead of camera and EMS returns package to Tenso. It happened to my M2. Still waiting for it. Hope this helps.

...and despite some suggestions here, you can't give Tenso pre authorisation to insert the battery. They replied to my request saying they can't add that information to my account, so we'll all have to wait!

My M2 is delivered! I got email from Tenso about shipping on Tuesday 11 pm. Delivered to Brooklyn, New York on Thursday 11:45 am (US EST time).

Login to you Amazon JP account. See your orders. It shows shipping status as Delivered.

Good question. Tenso allows you to pay for shipping only after they have inserted battery.
