5dmkII-how to fix spinning index wheel

The index finger wheel, the rubber spins around the hub and doesn't "click". Sometimes if I spin it fast enough or put enough pressure it'll click and work. Do you know what I'm describing? Anyway to make the rubber grab the hub?

Might have to consider sending it to canon for a fix

Thanks! I was thinking that line of thought but didn't want to force the rubber wheel back to put glue. But seems others was able to do this.
