It looks like part of the shutter to me - possibly half way open/closed? What happened? Did it move into that position while you were manually cleaning the sensor?
If it didn't return to full closed and shooting properly, it's toast. Not a DIY (IMHO), have the shutter replaced by a professional ($150-200) or shop for a new body.

All my photographs, were having black thread on top right corner.
Tried cleaning the lenses, for the dirt, only to find that the tiny particle on the sensor. Is there something wrong, in cleaning the sensor, when I really found the particle on the sensor.
Did you use the menu's manual cleaning setting? That is what locks the mirror and shutter so that you can access the sensor for cleaning. I remember someone who accessed the sensor a different way (wish I could remember exactly). However, the locking of the mirror/shutter timed out and closed unexpectedly.
I wonder if the black 'thread' that was showing up in the photos was part of the shutter mechanism, like part of a small spring or something similar that had come dislodged?
I had the same problem with my t3. What I did was take my sensor brush and press down on the sensor slightly. It then just popped down into place and I haven't had a problem since
