I have had this camera now for six months. Sold a lot of Leica equipment to afford it. The quality is superb, but you need good lenses, and a lot of care, to make the most of it. Always very responsive - very quick to start up - if it was lighter it would be a carry-anywhere camera. As it is, it is sometimes left at home because of arm-ache!
Problems:
The only srious problem is that is is VERY noisy (sound, not digital noise). It is impossible to use for photographing drama or quiet music. Be far the loudest camera I've ever used, and Canon didn't seem interested, or just didn't see it as a problem. Am goig to have to spend $800 on soundproofing, as I do a lot of event photography.
