I recognize the lighting is very harshbut the subject matter is interesting. Came across this during travels for work.

Harsh, bright mid-day sun I presume? Ugh! I'd think a ND filter may have helped, but they are not always handy when you need them, are they?

it was about 9:30 am but when the sun gets up before 5 it is pretty glarry by then. I should have probably used a polarizer but I was working so my time was limited. It was't much more than a snap shot.
