How to post photos

Here's what my url looks like ( I think ) Which part should be posted?

To post photos on this forum you just paste the url of the photo in your post. The url would be mostly ending in jpg/jpeg.
 
First try using instructions from this thread. Just ignore the photo as it it the first one from my flicker page from my D90. :D

 
If you do not see your picture there, it will not show up when you post. No need for trial and error.

Go into this thread and read Nev Cross's post.

On your Flickr page click on the photo and you should have some icons above the picture. They look 'grayed out' but they are not select 'All Sizes'.

Scroll down until you see box #2 Grab the Photos URL Click in the box with the URL and do a Ctrl C to copy this link.

Then just click inside the post box on DPReview and do a Ctrl V to paste the URL into the post box:



You will se your photo appear in the Message Review area at the bottom of the page, then click the 'Post' button when you are ready.
 
From a photo on my smugmug.com site. I just right cliked on the photo then "copy image location" right clicked here and "paste".

You can also right click any photo then "properties" highlight the URL, copy it and paste it elsewhere.
