Dave.........
Hi Dave,

Here I am back again, I went to town with a client for a meeting and guess what, I take my camera with me and I think I made a few great shots in that short time that I was out. I understand that you have to go on with your daily job Dave, I think I will be very soon in the same position as you, but I find it so sad and I really gone miss your pictures and you're amazing talent for somebody who only is in photography for a few months. I hope you soon will have time to spend to your talent and that you can share it again with us. It's really great that you have created your own style, and of such a quality in such a short time. If one day you must come to Belgium, please call me Dave I will offer you the pintjes you deserved. I also will miss your great British humor in your replys, I have to go back to television to find some. Hope that everything goes well for you and yours Dave, and if you don't mind I will post a picture from time to time to you by email. Yes I have plenty of energy and can concentrate myself for many many hours a day, but I think that it's time to change that a bit and try to find ways to relax, I think this is not good for my health.

And don't forget to take pictures from time to time if you find some so that we can enjoy these later. I hope that you can find time very soon to rejoin this forum.

Cheers and congratulations from your mate in Belgium,
--Dirk Vermeirre

Hi Dirk,

I enjoyed all three.

But the last one is just a master piece.

And as always I do mean what I write, it's one of th efinest
birdshots I have ever seen,

jacques.
Hi Jacques,

I found my way to belgiumdigital, that will eat more of time and that's beginning to be an enormeous problem.

I thank you for your very kind en encouraging words and it will stimulate me to encounter other regions in photograpy that I never tried before. I made two more birdshots this sunday and they are more experimental and unusual as the 3 I made last week, I will post them one of these, I'm curious about the reactions and will know what people think of such an approach. I'm trying to find some correlations between birds and humans now and I think it's gonna be difficult to reach that.

With kind regards,--Dirk Vermeirre

Dirk,

Gorgeous images...great color in the first, lovely detail in the
second, and a very memorable composition in the third. You are
using your S1 in very creative ways, and I'm enjoying the results a
lot.

Best regards,

Robert
Hi Robert, thank you very much, I'm glad that you liked my first birdshots. The third image has to thank it's impact to Photoshop, the rough image was very mediocre, but when taking it I already now what I want, I want one bird coming out from the rest and they were very helpfull and only let me wait for about one minute and all except that one in the middle turn their head to the ground, except one other in the background but that was a bit in relation to the one in the middle. Yes I love my S1 and I'm very curious what the S2 or the D100 will bring me.

With kind regards,--Dirk Vermeirre
