USM in PhotoShop Element ?

Is it possible to apply USM to images using PhotoShop Element ver 2.0 or ver 4.0 ? If yes what are steps to applying USM to image. I'm looking specifically for retouching landscape pictures.

Sure. Filter > Sharpen > Unsharp mask. Some tutorials you might find helpful:

Thanks for your help. I tried couple of online tutorials and was lost as all of them refered to doing some additional steps after applying USM. So I was wondering if applying USM was possible in PSE.

Yes. Filter > Sharpen > Unsharp mask. That will open the Unsharp mask panel. You don't just apply USM as you do regular sharpen. You have to set these variables:
