Is there a smart adapter for Nikkor 500/5.6PF to Sony? Experience?

Hi,

I have the opportunity to buy a used Nikkor 500/5.6PF at a reasonable price. Is there a smart adapter (to give AF, MF, VR and aperture control) on a Sony E-mount camera? has anyone used one - how did the combo work?

I know nothing about this, but with a quick search I found this:

Hopefully this gets you a start. If you google Nikon and these individual adapters you may find some user reviews.

No adapter will be as good as a Nikon body, or Sony lens, but will likely be effective for most photography.
