bofo777 with his close-up earlier in the thread prompted this post of an African Violet in bloom last week. In a previous post I showed more of the flower. This very small crop is chock full of pollen and attractants for insects, etc. However, there aren't too many of them flying around the garden.

I picked up the Hoya R72 filter and give Infrared a try today. I enjoyed it but sometimes I was noticing a hot spot in the center and couldn't get rid of it. I don't think this came out to bad for my first attempt at it.

Thank you. Yes, attention is in the details and our business does not shrink from any sacrifice. :-D

I should also draw near to the sunflowers fields while they last. Problem is they are turned to catch early morning light, which will cost me another sacrifice. … Nice one!
