This is an attempt to do an 'artful' rendering of a photo in an apartment's garden courtyard in Guanajuato, Mexico.

Love it Poppy, here is a variant with Mike Finns paint tools - they are free and you can go back in the history files to pull a variant you like for a project.

Thanks Rodger. The plug-ins look pretty good even though a bit crunchy for my taste and have to be faster than what I did. Unfortunately, I'm not a PS user - wish I had started that learning curve 10 years ago.

It really needs nothing as it is beautiful.....just wanted a little play and such a wonderful image to work with.
