I really like the first one , the pose and the expression of both the subject and the background girl on the left ..... also the subject has the arm framing perfectly the jeans of another girl , that's make for a pleasant composition , together at the colors palette.
The two below are a bit of quiz ....
You always had an elegant way to photograph nude ... but now you are drawing a new path in this kind of art .
.... and she is happy we solved the rebus !
Of course I'm speaking from an artistic and conceptual point of view , my maximum respect to all .
Cheers , G.
Dear Janlu,
How nice to hear from you; I first thought it was an April's fool! ;-)
Thank you so much for your comments that I entirely agree with. That day, I had a very difficult situation. This year, the Ultra Music Festival took place along of a kind of highway where people had to queue to get in.
I was there in the beginning of the afternoon. So, you can imagine the Florida's strong sun at that time; more specially, as the way the whole situation was organized, most of my shots were taken against the sun!
For the Korean girl, I had the sun behind her and she was completely dark. I had to lighten her up in PP that caused that skin problem! In reality, she had a superb skin without any problem! lol ;-)
For the shot you mentioned last; as a rare situation, she was entirely in the sun. She was wearing a lime green outfit that looked really ugly in the picture. As I appreciated her posing kindly for me, I tried to post it in B/W. But still, some details were washed out!....
Besides the lighting situation, I had the wrong lens. Vario Elmar-T 55-135 is a fantastic zoom, but I needed more space on my APS-C camera for that. Therefore, framing became extremely hard for me. I did not even have enough room to get her entirely!
Last year, this event took place in town and it had a very happy and festival ambiance in a large space; which made me to take this wrong zoom instead of a wider angle.
I hope you and your family are well and your "Roman Life" is going on as beautifully as in the past. Last year, I made a fantastic family trip to Florence and Venice. I just loved it and miss every moment of that trip. I hope to be back one day!
All the best,
--
