strange language in New Flickr terms

I just got an email from smugmug describing new terms. It all made sense except for the following..

“From time to time, SmugMug may limit the amount of User Content, including your photographs, stored via the Site."

this isn't the 1000 photo free limit. that is described elsewhere.

anyone have thoughts on what this is all about (no reply email given in the message from smugmug ....which I found odd since I heard they were known for customer service)

I suppose Smugmug said that it reserves its right to change the free limit anytime. And from now on if you keep on using its service you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms
