  2. 24-120 equivalent optical zoom.

  4. Optical stabilization that really works (3-stops consistently at least)

  8. Xenon flash, guide number at least 4 with integral tilt and wide panel
  9. Raw mode
  10. Ultra-wide attachment lens - 180° to 24mm equivalent fisheye, optionally corrected
  11. 2x teleconverter attachment lens
Don't mind if thickness doubles overall and triples at grip and lens locations.

And most importantly, not part of the Apple ecosystem.
 
I'd honestly be happy with a Google Pixel with a bigger image sensor, variable aperture (f/1.8 to f/4 would be plenty), and a xenon flash. A 12mp 1/1.7" with Google's HDR+ algorithm would be killer!
