BuyDig Scam

Well I waited long enough for them to prove everyone else right.

Contacted them today and now the date is by end of the month, Oct. Geeze.

Reported them to Paypal, but paypal doesnt show my transaction, but my credit card shows it as a paypal transaction. Left negative feedback on ebay.

Now to contact my credit card company to find out who actually processed it.

Go ahead, tell me how gullible I was. I do have an excuse though. I asked here first and replies were "yes they are reliable", "go for it". Maybe not those exact words. lol

Glad I have another purchase request in elsewhere.

Wonder how much interest Buydig is making on all those charged credit cards, while waiting and sitting on people's money for the product (D850's and other various items they claim to have in stock) to actually arrive and ship.

Got to be pretty decent. Beach Camera and/or Buydig should relocate to Brooklyn. Be perfect.

Pretty much. As I recall it, one person in particular said much the same thing several times, calling it all legit in other posts, and also defending buydig charging extra fees.

I have no idea if this person is associated with Beach Camera, but they should at least have learned a lesson about helping to promote a sketchy sale.

I’m out too. Requested a refund on eBay and disputed the charge with my credit card company. It’s a nice feeling to put it behind.

If Buydig charged your credit card without shipping the product, they are in violation of every credit card terms of service.

Sucks and I don't mean this as an I told you so but what I believe for myself is this when it comes to cameras and lenses when one is spending a lot of money

I only buy from a camera store and price wise B&H is a gage for me for everything. So there or my local camera store

I don't buy cameras from Amazon even.

Next every manufacturer has a list of authorized dealers. I know nothing about buy dig

You want to be sure they don't sell imported cameras or lenses and one way is to call and ask are you a Nikon USA or Fuji USA or Sony USA authorized dealer

don't just ask if they have a USA warrantee

next look at the bbb for reports and decide is it a nit pick complaint or something more

if anything is too good to be true it is

I assume this was something for a cheap price. Authorized dealers can't advertise under MAP

Also be careful if they want to sell you things that are supposed to already come in the box or shipping is exorbitant

BuyDig is an Authorized dealer. They are Beach Camera too. Different names but same.

Same with me. I got a response this morning on the refund processing.
