I like the pictures, are beautiful ..I only wish I had opted for a d810 or something with a tilt screen since most kido shots I'm laying on the ground!
but the lens is what I've always wanted for this type of shot.
wish it was lighter![]()
Good job love these kinda shots with kids..I only wish I had opted for a d810 or something with a tilt screen since most kido shots I'm laying on the ground!

Thank you guys! Yes I could stop it down some in the future, I'm just getting used to it now.Very nicely done. You've got a good eye and good ideas. I'm curious - why do you wish for the D810? Not satisfied with the D610?
The only full frame Nikon with a flip lcd is the d750.Thank you guys! Yes I could stop it down some in the future, I'm just getting used to it now.Very nicely done. You've got a good eye and good ideas. I'm curious - why do you wish for the D810? Not satisfied with the D610?
no the the 610 is just fine! I also have a Sony a7r and I miss the flip up lcd when using the 610, I think the 810 has that.
the only reason I miss it is, when shooting children and trying to get a little of the foreground out of focus I have to be really low, and without a flip up lcd that means I pretty much have to lay down to see the screen and frame it the way I want.
thats the only reason
Nope. The D750 is the only full frame Nikon that has the flip screen at this point in time.no the the 610 is just fine! I also have a Sony a7r and I miss the flip up lcd when using the 610, I think the 810 has that.
