How is this possible, you managed to take a shot of a green field. Where are the wind turbines or the acres of solar panels. I did not know there was any open space left in southern ontario.

Sorry for the sarcasm, last time we drove from Barrie to Saint Jacobs, there were many many wind turbines. Little Ontario humor.

Thanks for the pic.

John, I find this a fantastic landscape. At first, it looks like a "simple" shot, but then, when look at it more, there is so much going on! I love the green, the flowers that give such wonderful colors in the foreground; and, of course the wonderful sky and the clouds!... Only a great eye like yours could make you stop in that spot, make you take your camera, and shoot!... ;-)

Hello There.

First of all ,Thank you for your comments. You are right about the windmill farms! They seem to be covering almost all of Southern Ontario with their cousins the Solar Panels .Obstructions of what were once pretty nice sceneries. But not anymore. However that is the mandate of the Ontario Government :-x Most of them are in Haldimand County also in the Shelburne area and many more. They are very expensive in maintenance ,Henceforth the high cost of power in Ontario.

The cost are offset by government subsidies .The reason I mentioned that this photo was in southern Ontario is that my conception is perhaps all the way down from Lake Simcoe.

This photo was taken south of Orangeville. Greetings: John Basso.

Everything is so greeeeen.

Hello Jim .

Thank you so much for your comment. As far as the greeeeeen goes.We had a lot of snow and this took a while to melt.Henceforth lots of water to keep the gras GREEN.I think you might have very dry summer down in the great state of TEXAS. Greetings: John Basso.

Wonderful photo, though admittedly I went back for a second look and opened it in original size. What a difference that made!

Thank you.
