Canon 6D full frame - lens?

I am bought Canon 6d and I am troubled about wich lenses I should get. I am looking for something general and Canon jus give a option for 24-70 and 70-30.

My question is, there is some lens Tamaron or Sigma 18-270 for 6d??? If yes, wich one is best?

The canon 24-105l is a good all round to get started, and good prices if you search.

I use the 24-105 75% of the time . . . . maybe more.

Only thing close to that superzoom is the massive canon 28-300L or tamrons smaller version. As others have said, go with the 24-105L if you want all around range.
